Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd was 14 when she began training in the combat sports. She trained in boxing kickboxing BJJ and wrestling before completing her amateur debut at age 18 at WCFC with Jaimee Nievera. Ladd later went on to win three fights within a row in Ultimate Reno Combat. All of her opponents had been defeated in the first five minutes. In WCFC Ladd fought, she defeated Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous vote. Aspen initially defeated Silvia Babyghian prior to going to fight Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9 in which she took on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia had a superior record to Aspen as she beat her with a unanimous decision. Cynthia's records as a professional were marred. Ladd was victorious in her subsequent fight against Roma Pawelek to improve to an 8-1 record. Aspen was a professional when she entered the ranks in the year 2015. Aspen signed with Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta 11 saw her dominate Ana Carolina Vidal to score TKO victory in the opening round. Invicta 16, she was able to rise into the Bantamweight division after winning her fight with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen's impressive wrestling skills defeated McGill in the first round, and she managed to finish her third round by TKO (elbows and strikes). Aspen was then matched against Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. She fought Hoy with the catchweight (138.1lb) since Ladd did not weigh in. Aspen still dominated Hoy to finish her in 2nd round via TKO. Invicta FC 21, she was victorious in her last fight for the promotion with a unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to debut. She took on Linalansberg in UFC Fight Night 118. She dominated Lina, and ground-and - pounded her for a TKO win in the second round. She continued to dominate and scored a more impressive win when she fought Tonya Evinger, at UFC 229 Ladd was able to defeat Evinger in the very first round and received a bonus for her performance during the evening. Ladd fought in her debut big fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Vs. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Ladd took home the fight of the night bonus fight after the two fighters engaged in a fierce combat. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd in just 16 seconds and ended her winning streak. After a short break, she returned to finish Yana Kunizkaya of the UFC in their ESPN 7 third-round fight. In a recent match replacement in the UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. She was beaten by a unanimous decision.
