Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman who is full of energy and wisdom. She's a writer, health guru, talk show host and producer. Dancer and director. Comedian and model. Marilu's life has been a testament to her health-conscious method of living. She believes that you can accomplish everything with healthy health. However, not all the time. Her parents both died in their 50's--her mother suffering from the effects of arthritis and her father from an attack on his heart--she realized she had to take control of her own health so they could ensure that the same fate not come her way.
